【HOW TO ATTEND THE EVENT】

■Requirements for Participation
Only those who meet all three of the following requirements may attend the event:


①The order Order Number from your purchase of the 「utakata -overflow- 02」Members-Only Edition [with Premium Event (autographed photobook handing session) Attendance] , to be available at GALAXY BROAD SHOP.
②One ticket for any slot of the Photo Exhibition “utakata photography 24/25「utakata -overflow- 02」”.
③The Event Attendance Ticket, to be distributed in advance for free, on lottery-basis, on TicketTown.

*If you wish to attend the handing session event multiple times, you do not need to purchase an exhibition ticket for each time you will attend the event. You can use the same exhibition ticket at the admission desk every time you are attending the event.
*Please note that we cannot accept any cancellations or refunds after the photobook has been purchased. Thank you for your understanding.

■About the Event Attendance Ticket
To ease congestion and minimize waiting times,【EVENT ATTENDANCE TICKETS】 will be distributed free of charge on advanced lottery-basis.


To enter the lottery, you need to register as a member of TicketTown and complete the 「utakata」 member authentication on the application page.

*On the day of the event, we will check the exhibition ticket, event attendance ticket, and GALAXY BROAD SHOP order confirmation email. Please note that if the name on these items does not match, your event attendance right will be invalid.

*You may apply for one Event Attendance Ticket per photobook purchased. Tickets cannot be transferred or distributed to others.
*If you purchased multiple photobooks, please apply for the corresponding number of Event Attendance Tickets.
*We cannot accept any request for cancellations or changes of the assigned time slot after the lottery results are announced.
*Each ticket is valid for one-time use only, within the time slot stated on it.
*Due to system specifications, you will be directed to a payment screen during the issuance process. However, no charges will be applied (a 0 yen transaction will be processed).
*Please note that if you do not complete the issuance process within the specified period, your ticket will be automatically cancelled.

*Event Attendance Ticket numbers are assigned at random.
*Even if you apply for multiple Event Attendance Tickets, the ticket numbers will not be consecutive.
*Your ticket number will be added to your e-ticket around Friday, March 27th. (Please note that the timing may vary depending on conditions related to the site operation.)
*When lining up, we will check your Event Attendance ticket, Exhibition Ticket, and the Order Confirmation Email (containing your order number) from GALAXY BROAD SHOP you received after purchasing your copy of the photobook. Screenshots or printed copies of the email will NOT be accepted. You must show the original digital email on your device.
*If you arrive after the time slot printed on your ticket, it will become invalid.


【Warnings】
・Please note that the event may be subject to changes or canceled depending on the artist's schedule, conditions, etc.
・Audio, photo and video recordings are strictly forbidden.
・Verification of your Exhibition Ticket, Event Attendance Ticket, and GALAXY BROAD SHOP order confirmation email will be conducted on your mobile device. Please be ready to present both the TicketTown ticket screen and the original email screen.
・Sitting down around the venue and any other behaviors that may disturb the venue or the surrounding area are strictly prohibited.
・Smoking, eating and eating, or carrying alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. It is also prohibited to enter the venue after consuming alcoholic drinks. If the staff determines that you are under the influence of alcohol, you may be denied entry. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
・The event may be changed, postponed, or canceled depending on the situation.
・Please understand that staff may touch your shoulders and arms during the event to keep order inside the venue.
・If anyone is not feeling well on the day of the event, please talk to our staff immediately.
・Please be aware that various restrictions may be imposed to prevent accidents and confusion on the day of the event.
・Attendees must bear any transportation and accommodation expenses related to their attendance at the event.
・Please note that the event may be cancelled (also after it started) in case it is deemed that it is impossible to hold it due to force majeure such as equipment failure at the venue, natural disasters, traffic strikes, etc.
